Fantastic, can you tell me the current share structure for this company? What are the 'real' Outstanding, Authorized, and restricted share counts? (that would be revealed in an AUDITED FINANCIAL report). Would you buy a business without knowing if there are any liens against it, or what their debt situation is?....because without knowing the actual share structure, if they are actually bloated, they can pull the stock's profitability right out from under any amount of sales they produce. Would you buy a house without an inspection?....because it sure does look pretty on the outside with that new coat of paint.
