PNOW pump team Eric Noveshen is master manipulator of the Florida Dept. of Revenue and PROVIDING NON-FLORIDA RESIDENTS with Florida addresses to become Registered Agents of businesses. Usually to hide, conceal his own ownership but also to provide cover for scams like Pure.

Case in point - in 2009-2010 Eric Noveshen found a Florida address for a Nevada resident named Mr. Arthur Robins to hide Noveshen's company HR Ventures. Mr. Robins was no where near Florida at the time as other records indicate.

So now they have Melvin living the good life in Florida?? Did Vegas get to hot??? Perhaps too many angry ripped-off investors showed up at the fictitious address Pure used for him in Vegas??
