I have no other explanation for it. It's been more than five hours and the Ultrasux app won't load on my brand new 4K Samsung. Don't worry, it's not a LG, Sony, Hisense, Panasonic, Sharp, Toshiba, JVC or any of the other 80% of TV companies UF isn't on - it's a Samsung. Oh yea, shut down in my bedroom on my brand new Vizio 4K as well.
It's not like Netflix, Amazon or MGO stop their service to upgrade, so what's up? If any of these legit services was shut down for more than five minutes, there would be a worldwide outcry. Doesn't appear as though anyone cares that UF is shut down. I tried the "customer service" number and nobody was home. And why isn't it a 1-800 free number? Who the heck wants to incur long-distance charges to contact a company that doesn't deliver on their promises?
Not a good impression to shut down the only thing NTEK has been touting with only a week to go before the shareholder meeting.
What a pathetic sham this thing is.
