40-50%+ - It's well known that Magna supplies death spiral toxic financing, but even Magna offers better terms than this. I guess when Vape's CEO (KT) worked "hand in hand and side by side" with his mentor at PHO& he wasn't kidding when he said he "learned immensly". Remember, this ticker did a 1 for 40 reverse split. So with no split todays price would be under 3/4 of a penny and for our new debt holders it would be about 1/3 of a penny per share. (notice how the 8k fails to name the debt holders, I know who they are, but what are they afraid of? Wheres the transparency?) The dilusion is begining, trips to come.
