This is programmed selling as soon as one ask is taken down another ask pops right back up at the same price.

Results of equity financing at .03 as long as those millions of shares are for sale this is not changing.

Their stock is now cleared they can do as they please. Some stock may have to be sold by a certain date, not sure about that, but one can easily see they are holding the price down and unloading when a confused buyer shows up.

Your 50 percent insiders seem to be content with this. Or do they know something that we do not know. I think they are restricted from buying stock back under these circumstances. Just my opinion, but it sure seems to be the case here.
