WTPho, you have valid points, I have seen good ideas/products go to waste in the hands of those that didn't know how to market them, I've also seen good ideas too early or too late even in the right hands, by Day hiring Wise this proves he is smart enough to know he has a good product and needed someone with the skills to deliver, I think the may problem here is that there are just too many apps out there (not saying this is like any other), it just makes it hard to get it into the hands of the users so I really hope Day has a marketing campaign up his sleeve waiting for the bugs and McAfee to go away.

As for someone stealing the idea and running with, I really hope someone with deep pockets tries this, with the patents in place Day will be able to sue the pants off of anyone that infringes on his patents.

I know I'm preaching to the choir here but with 1000 downloads today and who knows how many downloads on Apple, it is only a matter of time before word spreads, since this product is in the hands of parents who most likely attend school events word will spread and mass advertising won't be as necessary.

I was reading the article I think Dischino posted about reverse splits and it sounds like they can be good or bad, in our case if Day is really trying to bring this stock up over a dollar to get in with the big boy stocks I don't see how he could have done it any other way, going from sub pennies to over a dollar the first time would have certainly been a bad thing as most stock holders would have automatically been cashed out, but by taking a couple of steps to get there I'm hopeful now that the stock will be taken serious.

I have friends and family that invest in the stock market but they rarely ever buy penny stocks, but the second this stock is in a higher bracket we are less likely to have as many penny traders and start getting more serious investors. I'm still fairly new to the stock market but from what I read and have seen over the past few years the majority of the investors we have had are penny traders looking for a quick flip and fast earnings, the friends and family I know that are trading in real stocks don't do this, they invest and wait, they usually have $100k or more invested, not a few thousand, so in order for this company to be taken serious we need to keep climbing which means this won't be the last R/S we see.
