Is this the same Patrick Johnson who was President of PDX Partners, Inc.?

Did the President of PDX Partners, Inc. conspire with Exobox President Shaun Irvine to defraud EXBX shareholders out of their investment?

That is a serious question in my opinion. I don't know the answer.

But here below is a link to a Court case involving Exobox President Shaun Irvine and the Share Exchange Agreement (see link above) that was dated January 29, 2014 and signed by Patrick Johnson.

It's crazy in my opinion how a signed agreement from more than a year and a half ago appears to still be pending in Court.
