I and many others believe Mako Research is just The Pump Stopper under a new name.

Official Pumpstopper emails addressed to ps@pumpstopper.com were opened at this Austin, Texas residence multiple times, day or night.

72-182-3-232.austin.res.rr.com (72.182.3.232:50006) Time Warner Cable

After being traced, Pump Stopper stopped publishing articles and then Mako Research suddenly appeared using the same language, style and MO. Look at the Pump Terminator article on Seeking Alpha and I think you'll agree, all 3 appear to be the work of the same group. Moreover, when Pump Terminator looked like it might be exposed, they never published another article, but within weeks the PumpStopper was born. It's the same MO.

We think it is the same organization and can point to many similarities between all three, Pump Terminator, Pump Stopper and finally Mako Research. We believe at least 30 companies have been targeted by the same group - resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars of aggregate share price declines. One estimate suggests the number may be closer to $1 billion.

PumpStopper was so brazen as to go after a company where a former Chairman of the SEC was an independent director. He is now investigating and will turn over a report to the authorities.

But if they can go after 30 companies and an SEC Chairman and get away with it - who is going to stop them?

Texas Rule 202 of Texas Codes of Civil Procedure permit potential plaintiffs to file a petition with the court for what is called pre-action discovery. This is frequently used when the defendant is a John Doe, such as in the case of anonymous internet cases.

We'd be happy to share what we know and help in any way possible. These folks appear to have a license to steal and the only way it is going to stop is when people like you take a stand.
