What is the story on the "restitution list" noted on other boards?
Any links or support appreciated.

I'm suspecting somewhere in the court proceedings restitution was ordered to be paid by one/some of the parties (if SPNG itself it is uncollectable at the start since it has and never will have anything anyway....and has other creditors that would have had to be paid)....so apparently against or part of the Moskie/Metter resolution.

Presumably - like the one involved in this who already had a large restitution requirement to pay from a previous scam (and the $$ from his scam here did not go to pay), there will be no way to collect much of anything anyway (all these guys protected things well, and payment plans allowed by the court collect a trickle at a time, if any).

Also, more importantly, even if a way to decide how to distribute the money if any is gotten is agreed, the recovery is such a small amount in comparison to the loss (and attorney, government, etc get paid from it first), that no one actually really gets anything but a pittance. Pennies (if that) on every dollar of loss that qualifies and can be proven.

Please fill in the gaps for me, or is the whole thing just one of those figments of the delusionals?
