Won't matter how many common shares they issue. Even if one person bought (or was given) 75% of the commons, Schewe holds the sole voting share.
800,000,000 (eight hundred million) of the 2.1 billion newly authorized shares are set aside for the 2015 "stock incentive plan". 175,000,000 are set aside for Haris Basit, per his "employment" contract. Leaving only 1.125 billion shares for whatever BS they decide to come up with.
You are right - the management is transferring money from the shareholders to themselves. The intelligent shareholders should be filling up the Viaspace email box with complaints (not that it will do any good). Maybe start emailing the S.E.C.
