There is only one reason I can think of to more than double the number of shares and that is to provide someone with more than half the company.

Also, the number of Preferred share has increased from 1 to 10,000,000. Why would they do that. I can think of only 2 reasons. The first is to create a lot of shares with more value than the Common Shares. The 2nd reason is to spread the voting power among several individuals.

Something is up with this company and it is starting with a major dilution of the investments of shareholders like you and I. Translation: I suspect that Management is rapidly transferring from us to them an increasingly larger share of the current and future value of the company.
