I suspect CTTC's board was assembled to find some "good 'ol'boys" who Nano thought would turn a blind eye to his shenanigans in return for director compensation. I really don't think he ever planned to actually sell calmares. I think it was it just meant to help sell more CTTC stock, then dump it and move on to some other scam.
