4 new patents over the past year

OTC Disclosure & News Service

"Our focus for almost two years has been reorganization and redevelopment of the company, in addition to creating a new structure and changeover in management. We expect the patent process to be ongoing as John M. Bourque has applied for 4 new patents over the past year."

Regarding my recent telephone conversations with Bourque Industries Chief Security Officer and Director, Juan C. Mendoza, I asked if the person cited under Corporate Governance/Advisory Council, of Dr. Andreas Siegmund, Metallurgy, was currently active at Bourque Industries, and the responce I acquiree from Juan Mendoza was a "yes." I'm thinking that these, mentioned by Bourque Industries, of "4 new patents over the past year" by John Bourque as the filing author were either created in detail prior to John Bourque incarceration and held in inactivity, or were formulated during John Bourque incarceration by another person having access to a lab, and if so then it seems plausible that person would be Dr. Andreas Siegmund, and if so I would expect the next financials to itemize a heft "shares for services" awarded to Dr. Andreas Siegmund.

My only confusion is that Dr. Andreas Siegmund has been listed by Bourque Industries as a long term, as in years, advisor to Bourque Industries, but I can't find any "shares for services" listed in past financials.

Hopefully someone can help me understand.

Mr. Bourque’s relinquishment of control.
On March 8, 2013, John Bourque, the Company’s inventor and former Chief Executive Officer, as well as its principal shareholder, executed a “Principle Shareholders Lock-Up Agreement”, whereby Mr. Bourque agreed not to exercise his voting rights on 100,000,000 Series A Preferred Shares which have 4 for 1 voting rights, and not to exercise his voting rights on all but 20 million of his shares of the Company’s Common Stock, for a term which extends through the earlier of March 8, 2017, or date on which Mr. Bourque is able to re-commit to full time employment with the Company. This Agreement not to exercise such voting rights is subject to a number of exceptions. For example, Mr. Bourque is not precluded from exercising his voting rights if the Company proposes to issue in the aggregate more than 50 million common shares, or if a shareholder vote is called for approval of certain Fundamental Corporate Transactions or under certain other circumstances spelled out in the Agreement. The Lock-Up Agreement was approved by the Board of Directors on March 19, 2013, and is now in place. This Lock-Up Agreement removes Mr. Bourque from a position of control of the Company (except under certain circumstances) for the period of its term and gives the Board of Directors full authority to press forward with reorganization of the Company’s business and its evolving business plan for the marketing and sales of various contemplated product lines based upon the Company’s Kryron material.
