All I can say so far is WIN10 loaded fine on my laptop, and has much better explanatory notes to user as to what's being downloaded and how download is progressing. Win7 is OK, but seems WIN10 has some good improvements. One can opt out of a number of things like ads and MSFT gathering category of use info on user. <---you go to custom settings.

Recycle Bin is back on start screen.
The charms list that was on the right side of screen, is now on the top to use.

So far its not so bad, kind of like W8 combined with WIN7.
My seller downloaded my laptop for no charge to me.
