Brilliant And TRUE Deep Blue Perspective...

Clear and concise (below italics from monkeybusiness)

Too my recollection as a shareholder for 9+- years.
Deep Blue Marine through it's founder, investors, and shareholders, have invested several million on survey and recovery work authorized by the Dominican Government by contract. we also paid a renowned archaeologist, ONPCS fees, and a Navel inspector on every dive. I suggest that whatever was left on sites, was the result of illegal dives by others.
There have been many positive discussions between investors concerning future humanitarian efforts in the DR.
Never have I heard a negative word about the Dominican people, with the exception of theft, and the government withholding our divisions, and contract.
It's been estimated that dpbe has recovered millions in artifacts for the DR.
Yet we wait for the DR to do the "right thing" for years now.
How does the government reconcile these facts.
They talk about bad financials, but how can a company continue to fund without being paid.
Think about not just what's owed dpbe, but what we could have earned with recoveries in the the past 21 months.

Yes, the company, it's investors and shareholders have been harmed.
So, what do we do about it?

AND STILL THE DELIBERATE DOMINICAN BREACH OF CONTRACT CONTINUES TO BE IGNORED

Big surprise that withholding three years of recovered treasure would cause the company some financial difficulty. As I have said before ...

And just because Deep Blue has chosen a diplomatic approach, company shareholders have an excellent case for investment interference, in the case of this deliberate contract breach for the past 22 months, harming their investments. Don't mistake the failure to file a shareholders lawsuit currently as ignorance.

The DR can also find itself open to lawsuits and legal action by that handful of "Limited Partners", whose investments were tied to a payout of recovered treasure.

And don't forget the UK investors who backed the 2013 diving season. I'm pretty sure their agreement included a share of recovered treasure from those dives.

Two more slam dunk lawsuits staring the DR in the eyes. Do you really want to risk it?

Or do you want to continue presenting fantasy-based BS without a bit of proof to back up those speculative fantasy scenarios?
