Clays definition of a pump and dump is simply wrong. There is a huge difference between a stock that is being promoted so insiders can dump shares and a low float stock, such as Finjan, that gaps up on material news and is then subsequently shorted down. In fact it is offensive he insinuates Finjan could be a pump n dump after he states he knows nothing about the company, however, sadly not out of character.
