No need to apologize. It looks like you just need to talk to Isobar rather than the guy who gave you that information! :^)
Isobar used to post a lot on this Board, maybe he knows someone closer to the action.
From what Benchmark told you, it sounds like the new circuit needs to be brought along slowly before it can run at full production. Last week Benchmark said something needed to be welded, so maybe there it is just the nature of beast that there will be other repairs and adjustments that any new circuit installation has to go through. If so, I guess there won't be a guaranteed timeline for full production to be reached. Every mine probably has its own unique requirements, and it could be that breakdowns and repairs are a constant feature.
I'm trying to be more realistic in my expectations now. ;^)
