I beg to differ with you. The "ONLY" thing that took LBSR out of the immenent "Death" that they would have suffered in July 2010 was the LOI with Northern Dynasty. That is the "ONLY" thing that saved this company then.

To say that LBSR had nothing to do with Pebble is simply not true.

Anyhow, there is absolutely no comparison to what might or might not happen now with LBSR in regard to any JV's. The only thing that is different now, we have a tremendous A/S and a horribly low stock price.

Time will tell - but again, LBSR did have quite a bit to do with Pebble in 2010 and NAK on the huge run upward they had before Mitsubishi "CLEANED HOUSE" selling ALL of their stock at 18+

Again, time will tell - but it's been a heck of a long time and LBSR hasn't inked any LOI's, JV's, or anything close to that for Hay Mountain.

Shallow drilling - well we'll see if LBSR can first pay the claim fees due in a few weeks. Time will tell.
