I guarantee if this all does not get worked out in the next few days, we will definitely not need an AGM...there is the 280 million shares, the 900 million shares, the lawsuit with Zipmark, the app, the form 10, Africa??, all of the contracts we have signed, not sure what else.....geeezz...somebody needs to organize, prioritize....GET IT DONE.....write it all down and then mark it off one by one as we get it done....gl all
