It will be a true slap in the face if Leo awards himself a lucrative salary and bonus again. His screw-ups have been a huge embarrassment to CTIX and he should forfeit any bonus and reduce his salary until he gets his act together. His investors have, and continue to pay dearly for his screw-ups as CEO. He has turned out to be a true embarrassment. It will cost investors dearly at this point for him to continue without partnership. Lots of dilution on the way...
