Hello, these investments were losing money and was draining cash since CBAI had to send more cash into the investments. Selling these investments are all part of restructuring (and made CBAI balance sheet stronger).
CBAI will be bigger and better without them. New and better investments by CBAI will be in companies that will make money. No one cares about the past or wigs only focusing on the future which looks brighter than ever, with Joe V. or no Joe V. Also, as clear as day Joe V. does not have power in the direction of CBAI in the future, since Red Oak holds 30% of the voting stock and CCEL holds 90,000,000 shares of the voting stock, Joe V. owns none.
