That makes a lot of sense. After Eli 200 launch Nasrat will be able to bargain from a position of strength. My bet - step 2 = a 3 ADT drug deal 201 + 202 + 216 with a BP. Step 3 BUYOUT

AND Elite has the technology to make generic ADTs. Insurance companies will pay for that.
