I hope this message board can evaluate the present value and future possible valuation as the NEW GNM company it is!!

First I will suggest we thank Mr. England for giving GNM a future under NEW management. He realized that metal resource companies had entered a depression era. He tried a marijuana project only to find the Uruguay partners were not fulfilling their promises. Thus he felt selling the shell’ to the new group would give shareholders a chance to realize value.
The new management found toxic debt that had to be eliminated . All previous management except for John Masters was retired –including Mr. England. My DD found Nick Brusatore was never a member of old boards and MAY hold shares in GNM-I say may because a significant amount of GNM shares have been sold in the period after the change in management and it is known some was from unfriendly hands. This required management to use dilution of the share count in order to fund new projects and to pay down debt. The subsequent reverse split of 1 for 10 was thus necessary to reduce the outstanding shares and will hopefully allow PP to be placed to raise needed funds. Normal method used with “seed” companies.
We shareholders can carry the scars and wounds we suffered from the historical record of GNM .But to carry this complaint against present management is unfair and counter intuitive to our hopes for retribution via a rising share price. To demean the present management team makes me doubt the motives of such posts.

But the most important FACT is that present management is dedicated to seeing GNM use their expertise in MEDIA products to be a successful company. This will entail additional products and moves to increase revenue flow. T will also entail patience from shareholders as “Rome was not built in a day”
Hopefully management will publish each move as soon as possible to build transparency, which will increase the trust of shareholders.
