VAPE Works with Puffco to Launch New Portable Vaporizer Pen

VAPE Holdings Inc. (VAPE 0,2701 -6.91%), a provider of healthy, efficient, and sustainable vaporization products and management, consulting, branding, real estate, and compliant packaging solutions, recently announced a new collaboration agreement with Puffco for a new portable vaporizer pen that will incorporate its HIVE ceramic atomizer. The new product is expected to hit store shelves in December of 2015.
“We are extremely pleased to have scored this collaboration deal with Puffco, arguably the best vaporizer pen on the market,” said VAPE Holdings CEO Kyle Tracey. “Puffco is an ideal partner as they are known for superior quality in technology, design, atomizer and control and is continually innovating to stay at the top.”
The Puffco Pro was named the Best Vaporizer of 2015 by High Times Magazine. With one of the industry’s largest ceramic chambers, users don’t have to refill the product very frequently, while its power management technology enables users to cycle through various color and temperature settings without needed to constantly replace the battery.
Puffco CEO Roger Volodarsky added, “We are very excited to work with the most respected ceramics brand in the industry. The new atomizer by HIVE is a great addition to our existing product line.”
During its fiscal second quarter, VAPE Holdings generated $415,259 in revenue on a 28.3% gross margin with net income of $85,145, or $0.01 per share. The financial results included the launch of HIVE Glass and the operation of three supply locations and its retail store and gallery in Los Angeles.
