I haven't seen any flags on this company other then the high risk of any kind of investment

In that case, you need to read their own filings.

Like the part where management acknowledges funding their salaries through death spirals.

Or the fact that the current management R/S the prior shareholders into oblivion, so they obviously know how to do it.

Or that this company started out as a "gold recovery operation" and then went into equipment sales?

Or the fact that this company produces nothing?

Or the fact that this company's predecessor, RYQG, kept its management paid through death spirals? Or that its predecessor, Platinum Superyachts, never built a rowboat?

This toxic shell is the classic "rinse and repeat" scam.
