We know the O/S from OTCM isn't accurate - in early March 2015 Tangiers and Magna converted part of their convertible notes into 334 Million shares.

So we know that the O/S is at least 1.7 Billion.

Anyone take a look at the O/S? 208 mil?

Can we shed some light on this?

Remember the A/S has been increased to 5 Billion.
