Several people have posted about the eminent reverse split coming for Icbs. Since Canwealth has failed and all the claims are expiring and it did not raise any money for Icbs, only created more high interest debt. The only way Garth will have to get money is reverse split Icbs, he's done it before, many times and knows how to get those forms filed.
It's either that or bankruptcy..........
