I have seen mind-boggling CEO disasters using 'super-voting' rights, such as one CEO increasing the AS on his own from 2 billion to 20 billion shares claiming they needed to do that to prevent a takeover, lol, and then seeing the OS streaming out of control after-the-fact; no amount of sales can keep up with a runaway OS. I trust no one, especially one with a sordid history as our guy has.

All these things the company is doing are nice,

.........but WHERE ARE THE AUDITED FINANCIALS ?!?!
