Mick, You do not ask the right question. It should be...do I think Nokia will pay a price for infringing?

My answer is this. Maybe.... but it certainly is not clear and the odds are now saying they will escape. MMO has now absorbed most the liability of Nokia...at least at the ITC.

In our system, sometimes people get away with murder so why do you find it implausible that Nokia escape infringement liability. Mick, it's all about the lawyers.
