Darlene just assembled paragraphs from several sources - including DaDavey™ who wrote the "250 to 500" nonsense and "new encoding engine" paragraphs on hardcopy and gave it to his wife on a weekend visit.

You can see the paragraph splices and the changes in characteristic writing styles.

Phil Foley wrote the "Our Media Group" paragraph for instance.

Darlene just cut-and-pasted and perhaps did a few minor fills.

She was just the word-processor. She didn't even do a decent yob editing the pieces from the others.
