What is self explanatory here? Are you saying the funding is preferred in the Form 10?

The way this sentence reads, in proper English, is that the form 10 is to be filed expeditiously. Boom got that awesome. Second part however makes no sense. It reads that the Form 10 is not to be completed prior to the closing of funding.

Basically poor wording and doesn't make sense. But I already told them my issue with it and they clarified.
