Lots of stuff is in the prospectus , lots of stuff was in the old prospectus that NEVER HAPPENED.
Just because it's in a prospectus doesn't mean a thing.
The SEC is not all that thorough when they agree to accept a filing, they leave the real investigation to Finra .
Finra rejected the last prospectus, found many faults that couldn't be corrected. That is probably the case with this one also, along with the fact that no market maker will file for Canwealth because there is nothing in it for anyone but a few shareholders from the defunct shell company that Canwealth merged with.

Canwealth, STILL worthless after all these years.......
