Lots of worthless scams don't have a "chill" like Icbs. Basic DD says that this is a played out scam, no trades, just manipulation. The SEC does not have time to enforce all the scammy OTC stocks. It's buyer beware down here in the swamps with Icbs . Lots of folks were fooled by the application for a $15 million ipo, which was so far fetched that no real investors fell for that. But a bunch of TV watchers saw it on Mad Money and bought the crap only to discover that the claims are worthless and Icbs has been screwing investors and doing reverse splits for 10 years. All the Canwealth claims are not worth mining, proof is in the fact that they have never been mined. Even when the prices were much higher no one wanted to mine them. Some have expired already and the rest are set to expire soon.
So bottom line, no upside here and not much chance of PPS going up on any bs "news"
