I've communicated with Brent many times. I really don't think he is into doing the typical penny merger. If this were a typical sham OTC merger, it would have been done in a blink of an eye. Structuring a real deal is slow, because there is much review of each clause of the agreement by all parties. Typical OTC sham mergers are generally consummated using a boiler plate form, where the particulars are filled into the blanks on the the form.

Time will tell. But this is, right now, a very cheap gamble for what might turn out to be a very lucrative ROI.
