Just to clarify something.

Releasing non public information which is bullshit isn't a crime. And if there's any validity in the information posted, it still isn't a crime unless someone trades on it.

It would have to be valid information AND influence the stock in order to run afoul of the authorities.

And we all know Hudson and Grande have none of that.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
