I agree the DTCC has a pretty tight lid on the subject so as kanola has correctly stated many many times there is no easy way to know what the actual trades are in the OTC because short trades are labeled long and such . The only way way to find out whAt is going on is to get the records from every broker dealer , market maker , TD ameribowiknife, and all the rest to compare to the washed blue sheet official records. Treaty has the bean counters waiting to start this up from what I think
