Nope...you're wrong. If the company was registered with the SEC as a reporting company, there would be an obligation. Many pinks have registered with the SEC. Of course, BRAV hasn't done that, but easily could. If you would like proof on the registration issue, do some legwork.
LOL....I wish I had the ego to think that my likeness would be beneficial to the company. Do you know how much the company paid for this likeness from that individual? How is that working out for BRAV so far, by the way?
