There was at one point a 30 Million LOC for up listing...seems to me that is $1-5 per share depending on the pieces...

If 1.469 Billion is restructured into 14.69 Million ENTI and 868 Million CWIR are restructured that is 15.6 Million or 51% of that 30 million.

Guess 1 Million would be off. Still leaves 31 million
