Maybe you have the facts mixed up. Please show a link where paid and unpaid whistleblowers are under any kind of investigation. BTW, the probability of more suits against Teco is in the neighborhood of 100 to one. The bet for Teco even showing up to contest is 100 to one also. You may be able to draw the conclusion of 100 to one against any investigation of those providing evidence against Teco as well.
