And may I add that the discussion about ALL ASSETS meaning assets and not the share structure then leads to this question!

If in hell they own all assets but the share structure, then why the SEC not suspended this and place a chill on it in 2014 and why has it been kept current with keeping the fees paid ??

Again, they are keeping this for a reason. !!!!!!!!! BOOOOOOMMMM
