The only draw back is that when you decide to buy you will have to start all over again to get into the 15% bracket $ONCS is just finding it's value in NASDAQ up and down till it gets a grip and starts to accelerate and move forward you just got too find a spot to jump in and average everytime it dips--I know your aware how that works...It;s just a matter of time till $ONCS starts to turn coal into diamonds...just a little patients is needed while they do something positive and as you seeen when the stock was OTC and it soared from .25 to 1.00 it will happen again and again when it does and you decide to jump in it's either 35% or 15% depending on you are you going to hold to fall into the cheaper bracket or sell before it drops and pay the 35% taxes?
