Depends on how big a problem you see the earnings dilution issue from financial recapitalization will be.

So, assume the earnings will be the same and the variable is the number of shares outstanding. If financial recapitalization requires $200 b of new equity capital, there could be quite a lot of earnings dilution for the common.
