Klein's Motion for Summery Judgment doesn't have a chance in hell of succeeding, as it is based on more of Blackburn's bullshit to misdirect and redirect blame. I know for a fact that most of the so called "uncontested facts" are not facts at all and will very likely be contested by the SEC. The Judge should have no difficulty with all the evidence that shows Blackburn is a con, that this is just another attempt to con the courts.
