Current CEO posing as an interested investor back in PRPM pump days, a little more history fwiw, curiously it looks like perhaps some insider trading may have been going on.

As of 11.26.14 We regret to inform all entities including shareholders that Kolbe Global Logistics/ EcoVape has ended their relationship with SUTIMco International Inc. Stock Symbol SUTI. The Company feels that SUTI's well intention business plans to join KGL didnt meet our expectations and we have gone forward without them in completing KGL's milestones and we feel there can be no future relations with PRPM/SUTI. KGL/EcoVape has not received any compensation and has not enriched itself in any form from any announcements from either PRPM and SUTI. Its CEO Jorge Luis Saenz has not benefited financially from any of these announcements contrary to rumors of such dealings. As we continue to grow in this young industry of ours, we hope to continue our forward progress.

Three Kolbe mergers last year and Jorge has never met Luther or Eddie. They corresponded via PM on I-Hub, I think.
The mergers were pure farce, nothing but fodder for a press release.
Meanwhile, Jorge was posing as an interested third party posting how wonderful it was for LuxHold to be acquiring Kolbe, when all along Jorge is AVARICIA is Kolbe!, which gave Jorge tremendous insider information which could have been used to take advantage of investors which he was constantly titillating to buy stock.
Jorge does have possession of paperwork for his LLC in Washington but other than his buddy possibly cooking hash oil on his mom's stove, and his collection of little bottles/props, and booth at pot show, there seems to be little value to Kolbe, other than as a carrot to dangle in PR to impress investor buying.

I am waiting to see the news tomorrow, of its either a grower or a processor because they sell to the retailers and the dispensaries.....or maybe a good retailer out of Colorado....Washington opens their doors in June

Now Luxuriant has a business in Washington State....Vancouver, Wa. is located right across the Columbia River from Portland, Or. ....KOLBE GLOBAL LOGISTICS is strategically placed for Distribution of its products to the retailers in Washington and the medical dispensaries in both Oregon and Washington......Washington opens their retailers in June......KGL will have the best of both worlds.....Growing MJ, Processing it for their MMJ/Recreational Juice and then Distribute them with their own FUTURE transportation company.....Talk about a company with innovation products and VISION....This company is going to make MILLIONS$$$$$...especially if the whole West Coast goes 100% legal by 2016

I did my own DD on Kolbe....Not only does Luxuriant getting a MJ Company in Washington with their Med-juice for both the Medical patients and for the Gummy Joes High users But they have alot of Experience in Logistics. This APOLLIOS software from what I read so far it streamlines Logistics to get the Product from Point A to Point B in a more efficient method than what is currently done Such as No more Missing Bills of Lading etc ...Can we say National and Global Luxuriant Distribution of MJ Products in the Future?

Kolbe Global Logistics is an important piece of the Puzzle IMO....Not only are they bringing in their Original Cannabis Juice into the market but their Experience in Logistics to Expedite their own Freight throughout Washington at a quicker pace than UPS and FED EX Combined....The distance from Vancouver to Seattle is 168 miles (3 Hours) from Seattle to Spokane is 281 miles ( 5 hours) and from Spokane to Vancouver is 355 miles (6 Hours) All these products will get to the Retailers within 8 hours.Can you imagine The trucks are probably being ordered at Kolbe right now to have them placed in these Cities?..UPS and Fed EX wont be able to deliver until the next day....and BTW...They will be able to go down into California with their own trucks and pick up The other products from the MJ Industry thats not Marijuana, like BONGS, Pipes, Ganja Food, Ganja Clothes etc from there too and bring them up to Washington and distribute them to the retailers.Now we know why they are expecting $500K in Revs this year and $7 Million in 2015.Thats BRILLIANT!!!!!!!

CEO Senor Saenz from Kolbe (KGL) just tweeted that he is meeting with His Chief Security Officer (CSO) today to go over Bonding proceedures,Big Time background searches ( Maybe for all his Employees) and Inventory Tracking...Looks like Big wheels are turning at KGL

I was visiting all their websites and FB pages....KGL said that hey are meeting with a web person on Sunday to go over their website to change several thins on it...I bet its maybe announcing their Partnership with Luxuriant and all that stuff..

This Christopher Crawley person who is the Product Development goto guy at KOLBE (KGL)...I've been reading his APOLLIOS program that he wrote...WOW.talk about Reinventing Logistics....I'm glad Luther found this company...WE ARE HERE TO STAY!!!!!!!

I just saw Mr. Saenz post on Luxuriant FB page.....KGL is now going to start on their other MJ product ideas for development...These are going to be their very own products.....OH BABY...SCREW WITH COPPER AND SILVER....I see dollar land in our future!!!!!!

We now have Kolbe a Strategic Partner in Washington State not only in the MJ Industry but has Logistics Experience for MJ Distribution and Senor Saenz has said He has plans for expanding into Colorado...Thats ENTREPRENEUR SPIRIT AND INNOVATION

Methinks there may have been some hanky-panky trading going on during the February PRPM run and during the other "Kolbe acquisitions"!

Seems a couple companies might ought to be investigated.
