Sorry to say but Time For Reality Check
Called the company for the first time on Friday and after leaving my information, Frank Lorenzo called me back. After a few questions, it was quite apparent that the co. is broke and continuing to dump shares. Current share count around 12 billion. Co. is not going to issue financial statements due to the expense of doing so, around $80,000 according to Lorenzo. Victor is the most honest, hardworking guy imaginable and currently working for free. They apparently didn't know that the financing they set up would lead to a toxic death spiral. That's almost a exact quote from Lorenzo. He attempted to solicit my money by investing(I mean throwing more money away) directly with the co. at par. As much as I feel like the world's biggest ASS, if you are even considering buying this at .0001, please don't allow yourself to be scammed as I and many others did. Whether the tech. works or not, this co. is TOAST! Victor and others belong in jail and hopefully one day we will at least have the satisfaction of seeing that happen. In the meantime, look elsewhere to make a buck because you will loose every dollar on this crap. They have only one option at this point, and that's more dilution. At $100 for 1 mill. shares, their goal is to reach that 250 Bill. auth. count at shareholders expense. I know it's frustrating to admit it, but we've been scammed!
