I believe this is all an exercise in futility.

I believe all this hand wringing and Kabuki theater is an excercise is futility.

The patents are what they are. And it does not appear that they are ready to expire according to even most of the sources that are reporting their eventual demise here in this venue.

And how many of those who hold these alternative patents have drug candidates currently at the very late pre-clinical stage as does NNVC?

How many of those who hold these alternative patents are in direct competition with NNVC for the Flu or the Herpes markets?

How many of those who hold these alternative patents have candidate drugs in the pipeline that have already demonstrated effectiveness against their target disease in animal models?

Much ado being made about as close to nothing as there can be and still be measureable by current technology.
