Having missed yet another set of self-imposed deadlines, I don't understand why anyone would continue to apologize for Joel the con-man. But you can bet the excuses will be flying.

It is not the skeptics' fault, it is not the regulatory agency's fault, it is no one's fault but Joel's. How much effort would it take to file a 2-page QuickBooks printout for a financial? 10 minutes? It shouldn't be that tough to make up some phony financial numbers, is it?

I am sure he'll have an excuse for missing his own deadline (again) but it will take him a week or two to think one up before he posts some crap about interference from non-shareholders. And I am sure there will be the usual nonsense about it being a five-year plan from the "natural resources" guy. Between him and those that want to "get more shares", they sure have suckered in a bunch of others into this mess. They should be ashamed.
