What I find more troubling, really, is that so many don't seem to have read the complaint. It has nothing to do with the "Hallin group" or the lawsuits that group brought. It's about violations of the securities laws.

And on many of the points raised, it will be a clear winner. Sales of fraudulently registered S-8 stock will be easy to prove. So will the misleading information, such as the company's contention that Blackburn was not an affiliate.
