This is just basic common sense. Spin off pr will place a date of record of same which will force current shareholders to go long as they want the FREE spin off shares. New shareholders will pay premium as they want the spin off too.....good example is many bought Yahoo to get free Alibaba shares.

Talk about a short squeeze ......just rumor a spin off...

Spin off creates NEW revenue to pay for Nevada build out and beyond.

A spin off validates IVXX benefit to shareholders
