IF (a big "IF") MMMW has in fact closed any sales before the date they file their 10K, they should show up under the (note 7 last year) "subsequent events" heading on their balance sheet, although it is unlikely that enough detail will be disclosed to determine any profit or loss.

MMMW has indicated adding their trackers to an array should only add about 7% to the cost of the project. A 5KW solar system sells for about $8-10K, so the 2 or more MMMW trackers required for a 5KW system should retail for around $700 on the high end, or $350 max each installed. Even if each tracker could be built and installed for a cost of only $50 each, MMMW would still need to sell and install around 1000 trackers per year just to only break even on their established ~$300K G/A expenses. So until they are reporting STS sales in excess of 100 units each month, it is just silly to think MMMW will suddenly replace share dilution with generated cash flow, and even sillier to dream about Corporate profits.
